Hello Roy, We have never spoken before, but I read your e-mail through the investorsnet almost on a daily basis. I find what you have to say is enlightening, informative, and sincere. It is a real pleasure to read about your experience and expertise and very much appreciated. I have been considering investing the $800.00 with the NASI group, for a long time now but hearing your comments and suggestions for the past several weeks has caused me to reconsider the "urgency" for such a large investment at this time. For some reason I feel like you are my mentor regarding TLC's and other investments. You are the only individual I have ever heard of who is so informed with such. When I first attended a NASI seminar, I got real excited, but had with no money to buy the program or to invest in TLC's. Then recently I attended another TLC seminar; same story. Since then, every time I read your mail, I see a little hope that there may be another way to get started in TLC's, which is a very big relief. Roy, you help me see the light at the end of the tunnel a little more. I want so badly to become financially independent, that it seems I have wrapped up my whole self esteem in how financially sound I am. Therefore in doing that, and using those standards, I am a dismal failure. For my whole life, I haven't been able to achieve financial success. I'm really not a failure in God's eyes. I have two beautiful grown children, a great son-in-law, and a beautiful grandchild. In that respect, and many others, I am very rich. But I do have a very viable concern about my financial health. My first marriage ended in divorce after twenty years, and now my second, of two years is very strained due to a large part, finances, as was my first. I would really like to get off this merry-go-round and achieve serious financial success. TheTLC's seem like a very good place to invest time and money and you appear to be very versed in them as well as other investments. I can see myself being the kind of person I want to be, I just don't know how. So I keep looking and seeking information so that I can at least be thinking in the right direction. If you have any suggestions or comments, please feel free to send any such thing my way. I love being a student of good information and of life. I want, and will not rest without good positive forward change and improvement in my life. I MUST live out the king that is inside of me, and in turn be a teacher, a leader to someone else. I know that is my destiny. Roy, once again I want to thank you. Without knowing it, you have touched my life. I now just want to reach high, move forward achieve greatness and help others be what they can be.

Robert, in Phoenix, Arizona, just acquired 3 properties which consisted of 2 vacant lots and a small home. He paid $50.00 for each from the delinquent property owner who had no intention of redeeming, using one of the techniques in our manuals.
