TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I have known Roy Stubblefield, for several years. He is by far the most experienced person I have ever encountered with respect to tax forfeited land sales.

My wife and I used Roy's suggestions and expertise and we acquired several residential lots in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, for $25.00 each, most of them with all the taxes paid up. These lots were assessed at a fair market value of $2,000 to $5,000. We donated one to our church and took a tax write off.

We also acquired several five acre tracts in Colorado using one of his profit making techniques. We sold two of those properties for $3,500 each and traded another for a mobile home.
