Here are two of the most common questions?

ONE:  Can you send me some success stories form my state.

Answer:  We do not keep track of the success stories we receive by state.  We only publish a small number of the stories we receive because many of our customers do not want us to reveal where they are making their money and how well they are doing.  There are a lot of claim jumpers and they have prospected their state and found some really good goldmines and would like to continue to mine them on their own.  HOWEVER, I will say that the various techniques in each of our state manuals work wherever they are used.  These are not just theories.  They are techniques that seem to work for everyone who uses them correctly and in accordance with the instructions in the manuals.  Just take a look at the many success stories at http://www.taxsales.com/stories.  If you can find any other site on the internet that comes anywhere close to the success stories we have I suggest that you buy their material regardless f the price.

TWO:  All kinds of questions regarding liens and mortgages on properties acquired by the use of our letter writing techniques come in daily.  First, let me say that anyone who has our manual will probably not ask that question.  The letters that we use take care of that situation by asking the proper questions as o whether or not there are any liens against the property other than taxes due.  In most cases properties that are delinquent for non-payment of taxes do not have mortgages against them.  Most mortgage companies required that the taxes and insurance premiums be pro-rated and included in the mortgage payments.  That is not an issue.  Besides most small acreage and vacant lot in subdivisions do not have mortgages against them.

A LIVING TRUST, COMMON LAW TRUST, LAND TRUST.
